Job description
As Area Product Manager for Process Instrumentation you will drive commercial growth in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will build strong customer relationships, advise on technical solutions and position the client as the partner of choice for process measurement equipment.
Customer acquisition
Identify, approach and win new customers from first contact to successful contract closure
Technical advising
Support customers in selecting the right equipment by providing expert technical advice and tailored recommendations
Sales planning
Plan and organise your own appointments and sales activities independently within your region
Campaign execution
Develop and execute sales campaigns using various channels to increase market reach
Representation
Represent the client at trade fairs, conferences and customer events
Customer relationship management
Build long term relationships with existing customers, ensuring trust and ongoing collaboration
Application support
Advise customers on technical applications and develop customised solutions that fit their processes
Required competences & skills
- Scientific background, ideally in chemistry, applied physics or similar
- Experience in sales or marketing of process instrumentation is a strong advantage
- Fluency in Dutch and French, with professional command of English
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Customer oriented, persuasive and entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and independent working style
- Driving licence B and willingness to travel regularly within Belgium and Luxembourg
- Ideally based in the Brussels region
