Job description
Als Stagiair Innovatie & AI werk je mee aan de bouwstenen van ons AI-gedreven platform voor talent matching. Afhankelijk van je achtergrond krijg je een focus binnen het project:
Psychologie/pedagogie
Vragenlijsten vertalen naar digitale scoringsmodellen en assessments valideren
AI/data science
Data annoteren, algoritmes trainen, modellen testen en bijdragen aan predictive engines
Grafisch ontwerp/UX
Interfaces, dashboards en visualisaties ontwikkelen die complexe data begrijpelijk maken
Onderwijskunde/pedagogie
De toepasbaarheid van modellen toetsen in leer- en begeleidingscontexten
Required competences & skills
- Student in psychologie, pedagogie, AI/data science, grafisch ontwerp of een verwante richting
- Interesse in innovatie, digitalisering en AI-toepassingen
- Analytisch en creatief denkvermogen
- Proactieve en leergierige houding
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
About this application
Dit is een stage bij MindCapture in Gent, lopend tot september 2026, met de mogelijkheid om twee dagen per week van thuis uit te werken. Je werkt in een dynamische consultancy-omgeving die wetenschap, technologie en talent combineert en krijgt de kans om praktijkervaring op te doen in een multidisciplinair innovatieproject.
