Required competences & skills

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy or an equivalent scientific field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation, cGMP regulations and system qualification guidelines
• Experience with qualification documents such as URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ and VMPs
• Familiarity with systems such as Comet (incident handling), eStream (maintenance), TrüVault (document management), Summit (training) and Kneat (validation)
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Proactive mindset focused on optimisation and innovation
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken
