Required competences & skills

• MSc in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent through experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment development or mechanical design for process applications (pharma or similar high-spec environment is an advantage)
• Strong mechanical engineering and 3D design capabilities
• Creative, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with prototype build and test phases
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Safety-conscious and aligned with environmental and quality principles
