Required competences & skills

• Master’s degree in a scientific discipline (pharmacy, chemistry, bioengineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, deviation management, CAPA, and validation processes.
• Strong organisational and analytical mindset with a helicopter view of business processes.
• Experience in project and document management with attention to detail and structure.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and SharePoint is an asset.
• Resilient under pressure, able to manage deadlines and priorities effectively.
