Every two months, we bring our consultants together for Technical Expertise Domain (TED) workshops. These sessions tap into the knowledge and field experience of our teams to build new, client-focused services in CQV & Engineering, Quality & Compliance and Go-to-Market.

We’re excited to share that additional and future proof services are almost ready to launch, designed to help our clients navigate their challenges faster, smarter and with the confidence that we build from success stories and true sector expertise.

This week, our team followed another Insights Discovery training session, and it was just as inspiring as the others! We went deeper into understanding different communication styles and how to better connect with each other.

The session was full of practical tips, fun examples and great conversations. It helped us reflect, learn and grow as a team.

Escape Room Time – Scientists vs. Zombies! 🧟‍♂️🧪

Last week, some of our consultants from the Ghent area teamed up for a thrilling escape room challenge. The theme? A Z-virus outbreak where brilliant scientists raced against time… and terrifying infected patients.

We split into two teams — smart scientists vs. scary zombies — and believe it or not… the zombies won!

The MindCapture team recently had the opportunity to visit one of our clients in their advanced experience center — a place where technology and healthcare come together.

We followed the complete journey of a patient, from diagnosis and sample collection to treatment and monitoring. This offered valuable insights into the technologies and workflows that drive modern healthcare. From automation in microbiology labs to integrated diagnostic solutions and patient safety systems, each step was explained with scientific clarity.

Congratulations to our talented colleague, Rani Six, on successfully defending her PhD at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine – Ghent University

Her groundbreaking research on the role of microRNA in oocyte maturation is a major step forward in enhancing fertility for both animals and humans.

Now, as an MSAT Scientist at MindCapture, Rani is taking her passion and expertise to the next level—contributing to life-changing advancements in CART therapy in Ghent.

Yesterday, our team of Talent and Business Consultants had the opportunity to visit a university-based clinical biology lab focused on in vitro diagnostics (IVD).

This visit reinforced our commitment to finding the right talent for these critical roles, ensuring that our consultants understand both the science and the passion driving this work, from the lab’s perspective as well as from the medical device supplier’s perspective. 🧠💪.
