Our story

MindCapture is a talent and consultancy company, providing advanced solutions to your life science talent requests. 
 
The idea of an agile talent consulting company was conceived by our founder Kris Vanhercke. He witnessed the enormous growth of life sciences industries. More and more, CEO’s and top managers approached him to address his network to come up with referrals for key positions in their organisations. In order  to match this demand for expertise, he started to make it a professional service. 
 
With a young, dynamic team to support his in this mission, MindCapture built up the “SmartlyMatched” community.
 
The team developed a smart matching process based on solid understanding of the job and the talents.
