Job description
We zijn op zoek naar een Technisch Commercieel Ingenieur met minstens 3 jaar ervaring in procestechnologie die klaar is voor een commerciële binnendienstrol. Je zet je technische expertise in om klanten te ondersteunen, zorgt dat zij de meest geschikte oplossingen krijgen en werkt daarbij nauw samen met de externe sales- en serviceteams.
Klantcontact
Onderhouden van telefonisch en e-mailcontact met klanten, hun noden analyseren (technische tekeningen, specificaties) en gericht advies geven.
Offertebeheer
Opmaken, uitsturen en opvolgen van offertes, met focus op nauwkeurigheid en snelle reacties.
Samenwerking
Nauw samenwerken met externe sales en service om klantoplossingen af te stemmen op operationele mogelijkheden.
Klantondersteuning
Optreden als vertrouwde adviseur en zorgen voor langdurige klantentevredenheid via deskundig en proactief advies.
Projecten
Afhankelijk van je vaardigheden en interesses kan je betrokken worden bij sector- of productgerichte projecten.
Required competences & skills
- Ervaring in procestechnologie (kennis van meet- en regeltechniek is een pluspunt)
- Klantgerichte mindset en vermogen om gericht advies te geven
- Zelfstandig en flexibel kunnen werken
- Affiniteit met langdurige klantrelaties en vertrouwen in onderhandelingen
- Vloeiend Nederlands, met kennis van Frans en Engels
