Job description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to join our client’s team. In this role, you will transfer your process technology expertise into a customer-oriented sales function where you advise clients on the best technical solutions for their needs.

Customer contact

Handle client communication by phone and email, analyse requirements such as specifications and drawings, and provide the most suitable technical solutions.

Quotation management

Prepare and follow up on quotations while ensuring a timely response and clear communication with customers.

Collaboration

Work closely with field sales colleagues and the service team to ensure seamless client support.

Customer care

Focus on unburdening customers by delivering expert advice and consistent follow-up.

Specialisation projects

Depending on your skills and interests, take the lead on projects such as industry or product expertise.

Required competences & skills

  • Background in process technology, knowledge of measurement and control systems is a plus
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to provide well-founded advice
  • Autonomous and flexible working style
  • Enjoy building long-term relationships with customers and negotiating assertively
  • Native Dutch speaker with working knowledge of French and English
