Job description
As a Manufacturing professional in our network, you may contribute to projects such as:
Process engineering
Design, optimise and troubleshoot processes in GMP or industrial environments to ensure consistent output and product quality.
Maintenance engineering
Set up and improve preventive and corrective maintenance systems, enhancing asset reliability and minimising downtime.
Continuous improvement projects
Lead or support initiatives that streamline workflows, reduce waste and increase throughput using structured improvement methods.
Production support
Assist in daily operations by handling deviations, batch follow up, documentation and coordination between QA and production.
Resource utilisation and sustainability
Analyse and optimise the use of energy, water and raw materials, implementing monitoring systems and supporting ESG objectives.
Required competences & skills
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Sciences or related discipline (recent graduates welcome)
- Experience in manufacturing within life sciences or cleantech is an advantage
- Knowledge of GMP, Lean and Six Sigma principles is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and process optimisation skills
- Ability to work hands-on in production settings
- Experience with maintenance systems and reliability engineering is an advantage
- Proficiency in English, Dutch and French are an advantage
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Commitment to quality, efficiency and safety
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
