Required competences & skills

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences (or equivalent through experience)
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in MSAT, Quality or Operations in a GMP setting
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across functions and balance priorities to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to align cross-functional teams
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Willingness to be on site five days per week, with limited remote work possible after onboarding
• Training or experience in project management is a strong advantage
