Job description
As Product Manager, you act as a central link between marketing, sales, market access and EMEA stakeholders. You will support the launch of new products and technologies while driving market development and strengthening relationships with customers and key opinion leaders.
Product launches and portfolio management
Support product introductions, manage the product portfolio and contribute to market development strategies.
Stakeholder relationships
Build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders, customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and success.
Customer insights
Translate customer needs into clear actions and strategic initiatives that support business growth.
Cross functional collaboration
Work closely with sales, clinical teams, market access and EMEA marketing to deliver impact across markets.
Financial planning
Contribute to forecasting, reporting and tender support to ensure business objectives are met.
Required competences & skills
- At least 3 years of experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field
- Resilient, energetic and optimistic attitude
- Entrepreneurial, creative and comfortable with change
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority
- First experience with KPIs, analysis and presentations
- Fluent in Dutch and English
