Job description

As QC Analyst, you will perform quality control tests for the production of innovative cell therapy products, both for clinical trials and commercial operations. Working in a GMP environment, you will ensure all testing activities are executed with accuracy and full compliance.

QC testing

Perform laboratory tests related to production for both clinical and commercial operations in GMP cleanroom facilities.

Compliance assurance

Ensure that all tests are executed in line with GMP procedures, quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

Technology transfer

Collaborate with Process Development, Quality and Operations teams to transfer processes and analytical tests to GMP production facilities.

Analytical work

Conduct testing of raw materials, in-process samples and final products, using appropriate QC methods and laboratory equipment.

Data review

Perform peer review and approval of laboratory data, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

System use

Work with electronic systems such as LIMS to document and report QC test results.

Documentation

Prepare, review and approve QC documents including SOPs and Work Instructions.

Safety and quality

Execute tasks according to safety policies, quality systems and GMP requirements.

Required competences & skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in QA, manufacturing compliance or clinical quality
  • Experience in Quality Control with knowledge of GMP and FDA/EU regulations for cell-based products
  • Preferably familiar with aseptic processing in ISO 5 cleanrooms and biosafety cabinets
  • Knowledge of cell-based QC test methods and associated equipment is a strong advantage
  • High attention to detail with an organised and structured approach
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach
