Job description
As Project Manager Parenterals, you will lead and execute projects around parenteral production equipment and processes. You will ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and play a central role in qualification, validation and continuous improvement.
Project leadership
Define scope, build plans and control budgets to deliver parenteral projects on time and in full. Coordinate internal teams and suppliers to keep milestones on track.
Equipment ownership
Act as subject matter owner for parenteral equipment across multidisciplinary projects. Draft technical specifications and guide tender activities with clear acceptance criteria.
Qualification and validation
Author, execute and review protocols and reports for IQ, OQ and PQ. Build lifecycle files including URS, risk assessments and worst case load studies.
Aseptic process simulations
Prepare, run and review aseptic simulations including mediafill, process simulation and periodic revalidation. Translate outcomes into actions that strengthen sterility assurance.
FAT, SAT and commissioning
Plan and perform factory and site acceptance tests with clear punch list follow up. Lead commissioning to verify fitness for intended use.
Deviation and CAPA management
Document incidents with robust root cause analysis. Define corrective and preventive actions, manage CCs and CAPAs in COMET and verify effectiveness.
Continuous improvement
Identify gaps, drive improvement projects and support troubleshooting in daily operations. Share lessons learned to enhance standards and procedures.
Required competences & skills
- Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years in pharmaceutical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP and data integrity principles.
- Proven experience with parenteral equipment and processes.
- Solid understanding of aseptic simulations and sterility assurance.
- Experience with FPX or equivalent project methodology.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
- Willing to travel about twenty percent for FAT activities.
