- Manage deviations, CAPAs & change control processes to drive improvement
- Handle product complaints in compliance with GMP, MDR or IVD-R
- Support regulatory submissions and maintain market access for products
Job description
As a Quality and Compliance professional in our network, you may contribute to projects such as:
QMS design and implementation
Develop and implement quality systems aligned with GxP, ISO, MDR, IVDR or other global regulatory expectations.
Deviation, CAPA and change control management
Investigate non-conformities, define corrective and preventive actions and manage change processes to ensure traceability and compliance.
Documentation and training
Write and revise SOPs, quality manuals, work instructions and training materials, ensuring clarity, consistency and audit readiness.
Audit and inspection support
Prepare for and participate in internal, supplier and regulatory audits, providing guidance on documentation and CAPA closure.
Regulatory affairs and risk management
Support dossier preparation, variation filings and risk assessment activities to maintain compliance and market access.
Required competences & skills
- Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline (recent graduates welcome)
- Experience in quality assurance or compliance within regulated industries is an advantage
- Knowledge of GxP, ISO, MDR, IVDR and relevant regulatory frameworks is a plus
- Strong documentation and process management skills
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective CAPAs
- Experience in preparing for and managing audits and inspections is an advantage
- Proficiency in English, Dutch and French are an advantage
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and departments
