Job description
As an R&D professional in our network, you may contribute to projects such as:
Pharmaceutical product development (CMC)
Support Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls activities to ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance from early phase development to tech transfer.
Formulation and analytical development
Optimise drug delivery systems, ensuring stability, bioavailability and patient compliance, while developing robust analytical methods for regulatory submissions.
Medical device design and development
Work on concept creation, prototyping, design verification and usability testing in compliance with ISO 13485 and MDR.
Bioinformatics-driven research
Analyse genomic, proteomic or other biological datasets to accelerate discovery and development.
Sustainable process and material innovation
Develop biobased materials, green solvents and scalable chemical or biotechnological processes aligned with sustainability goals.
Required competences & skills
- Degree in Sciences, Engineering or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred, recent graduates welcome)
- Experience in R&D within life sciences or cleantech is an advantage
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO, MDR, ICH or other relevant standards is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Hands-on experience in lab, pilot plant or scale up environments is an advantage
- Proficiency in English, Dutch and French are an advantage
- Adaptability to work across different stages of the R&D lifecycle
