Job description
We are looking for a Senior MSAT Engineer in Sterilisation and Decontamination to strengthen our client’s operations in a GMP-regulated environment. In this pivotal role, you will ensure robust processes, compliance and continuous improvement while acting as a key subject matter expert.
Cycle development and validation
Design, execute and validate sterilisation and decontamination cycles for autoclaves and VHP systems.
Subject matter expertise
Act as recognised expert in steam and gas based decontamination processes.
Process improvement
Lead protocol design, analyse data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality support
Contribute to CAPAs, Change Controls, audits and risk assessments to maintain GMP compliance.
Cross functional collaboration
Partner with QA, MSAT and manufacturing teams to ensure strong lifecycle support for critical processes.
Required competences & skills
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy or Life Sciences
- Minimum 5 years in a GMP-regulated biotech or pharmaceutical setting
- Expertise in sterilisation and decontamination validation
- Practical experience with autoclave validation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions
- Experience with regulatory inspections and technical documentation
- Fluent in English, Dutch is considered an advantage
