Job description

MindCapture is seeking a proactive Talent & Business Manager to enhance our recruitment and business development and team management efforts within the life sciences and cleantech sectors. This role is perfect for individuals that want to have an impact on the company’s growth. 

Recruitment

  • Identify trends and talent pools in life sciences and cleantech. 
  • Engage potential candidates through social media and professional networks. 
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring. 
  • Develop recruitment strategies based your focus area’s. 
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote MindCapture.

Business Development

  • Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new and existing clients. 
  • Develop and execute business development strategies. 
  • Cultivate new and existing client relationships for growth. 
  • Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms. 
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback for new opportunities. 
  • Represent MindCapture at industry events to enhance network and visibility. 

Talent Management

  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of consultants, focusing on their professional growth and aligning their skills with business needs. 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear performance objectives; offer feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team productivity. 
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning. 
  • Implement training programs tailored to team needs and mentor consultants on both technical and soft skills. 

Required competences & skills

  • Master’s degree in sciences, Engineering, or related fields. 
  • An additional degree in management is a plus. 
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or business development, preferably in life sciences or clean tech. 
  • A real go-getter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. 
  • Exceptional Analytical, Communication, and negotiation skills. 
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch, with French as an added value.
